What a surprising experience it was to renew my son’s passport here. The level of professionalism and courtesy that Chameera extended to me was outstanding. Multiple times she went out of her way to accommodate the fact that I was flying in specifically for this process, Chameera was kind, courteous, respectful, and extremely efficient.

I recently applied for OZ Passport for our child, Daniel and I liaised with Chameera and we found her to be most helpful. Further Chameera showed high level courtesy and professionalism. It was overall a very positive experience.
