The service by the staff behind the counter was great, however I have to make a complaint about the security escort. It started a little strange when my bag was open and he told me to close it because there was all kinds of evil people in the world, which I took as strange but wasn’t a big deal. Then he ended up chatting to me and eventually asked me if I believed in god, which somehow lead to a topic about how children are being told they can be trans in schools, which lead him to talk to me about how there are only two genders, and the conversation finally ended when he compared trans people to “a white person identifying as black”. I don’t think it’s professional to have someone talk to visitors in this way. I don’t think asking someone about their religion in such a setting is ok and I don’t think discussing conspiracy theories about trans indoctrination is ok.
